^❤ my work CANNOT be used for non fungible tokens or blockchain-related technology^❤ a deposit is to be paid before work starts depending on the scale of the commissioned piece^❤ all commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and cannot be sold, copied, or otherwise distributed for profit^❤ logos, business graphics, twitch overlays or icons, and any otherwise profitable artworks are considered commercial use, and will incur a licensing fee for commercial use^❤ i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason^❤ i reserve the copyright to my work and the right to publish them on my social medias and other platforms unless the commissioner requests otherwise^❤ the commissioner cannot claim that they created the artwork and will credit me where applicable^❤ the commissioner cannot not alter/edit or trace the commission in any way, including removing watermarks, without contacting me^❤ a maximum of 2 free adjustments is provided, but any adjustment to the artwork past that point will incur a fee^❤ certain requests will incur a fee, including but not limited to: two subjects; nudity; companion characters; outfit complexity; gore; backgrounds^❤ the commissioner understands that my queue is a first-come first-serve basis, and if there is a deadline, i should be notified before a deposit is paid
